Strategic Pricing

We firmly believe in Strategic Pricing... the asking price which gets you 3-6 offers. With this many offers, you’ll receive offers which are 5-25% above than your asking price!

Here's a sampling of our listings and the overbid ... We've recently sold homes for more than 50% above the list price!


Strategic Pricing gives energy and momentum to our marketing program
There are many advantages of strategic pricing:

  1. You’ll receive multiple offers to choose from. In a multiple offer situation, each additional offer we get for you raises the sale price significantly... which nets you more money at the closing!

  2. Buyers respond very favorably to well priced homes, and are willing to bid up the price. Your offer prices will range range from asking price to as much as 20-30% above asking price ... ormore

  3. Motivated buyers who have previously made offers and had them turned down will be ready to hit a “home run” when they make an offer on your home

  4. You’ll accept (or counter) the best offer, and be able to have another one in backup position

5 Offers... and a sale 21% above asking price!
