We find their high tech, web, and email based service very efficient. Allowing us to minimize our time while not overlooking good prospects. Their well-organized efforts made the stressful task fo finding and closing on a house much easier to bear.

I highly recommend talking with Ira & Carol Serkes. They have helped many family friends, including my parents, buy and sell houses. So when my wife and I decided that it was time, we turned to Ira & Carol.

We were immediately impressed when we looked at our first potential house with them. They printed up comparison sheets that showed the prices on all recent sales in our neighborhood. It was a really good tool for deciding if the house was reasonably priced and how much we would have to bid.
